I know, there's a lot of text, and it might look scary - but please don't worry, most of the rules are pretty simple, and actually close to lots of other artists pages. If we'll have any troubles or mistakes while working - i'll let you know, and don't worry - i won't bite! And don't be shy to let me know your questions directly - i'll try to help you!○ Please, be sure you like my artstyle and my art previews\finished commissions - there is no way I can learn how to draw in other artist style, and i don’t want to repeat anyone else’s work, so i hope for your understanding. It's okay to show me work from other artist you like, so i can understand your taste better - but don't expect me to draw in their style! It'll be really rude to them and to me as well ;-;○ I can decline the request for commission, if i don’t like the theme\can’t do it for some reasons.○ Please, let me know if you’re changing your nickname while waiting for commission\waiting list slot, or else i won’t be able to find you!○ After you receive the finished commission, please don’t forget to save the files! I might not be able to have them forever, since I need a place for new commissions to upload.

Art Preferences

Commission Payment

○ I accept payments only on Boosty. It has PayPal and Credit Card payment options. If you're unfamiliar with this site - it's okay! You can find a lot of information about if on the internet!○ Payment plans are acceptable - but new wips will be shown with each new payment, and the finished commission files will be sended only after full payment.○ When you pay for Boosty, you’ll see MY.GAMES B.V or CEBC B.V. in payment information - that is okay, for some reason, this is what Boosty called.

How to Order

○ If you want to order a commission - please, choose the Commission Type (Or Types) you're most interested in, and send me a note! ♡○ Don’t forget to fill the commission form! ♡○ You can fill the form in Google Document, or just send it right to me - which is more comfortable for you!

Waiting List Slot

○ You can ask me to place you on the waiting list slot anytime! I’ll let you know, when I'll be able to come back to you, and I can help you calculate a price for your commission.○ If you took a waiting list slot, and didn't answer to my notes\didn't fill the form for commission for more than a month - your waiting list slot will be canceled. But if you need some more time - please, make sure to let me know, so I can work on other commissions while you're thinking!○ If you need a commission to be made fast (one or two weeks, for example) - it will cost + 50% of the final price. I’ll take your commission immediately without waiting. You won’t need to wait for your waiting list slot, I'll take your commission immediately.

Private Commission

○ If you don’t want me to upload your commission to anywhere, to leave it as a private work - it will cost some % of the final price!

Filling Form Rules

○ Please, don’t send me a big pictures with unreadable text, added right on top of the picture. If you need to add text - use only black color on white background, and let me know only important things. For a big text - use the commission form (send it in Discord or add it in Google Doc)○ Use only readable text.○ Please, try to add only the most important details about your commission. If I receive a really big filling form, I might get scared and decline your commission. Big text might also be really difficult to work with, since I won't be able to remember every small detail.○ No NSFW or Porn references.○ Adding your character biography is really nice, but it won’t help me with design for too much - please, add only most important things, which you need for design somehow ;-;○ No colorful text on the pictures as well - most of the time, it’s cute and nice, but unreadable and hard to work with. Please, send a black text on white background, if it’s possible.○ If you need to put a lot of references - it’s okay to send them in one picture, but if you need to add text - please, send it directly to me, or add it to the document, so i can copy it for work.○ Imgur - site for pictures, is blocked for me. I can use VPN to open all of the references every time, but i’ll really appreciate it, if you’ll add references on the document, or send it to me. If it’s the only and most comfortable way for you to add pictures - i can understand and go with it.○ Please, send pictures only in good or nice quality - no small pictures.○ If the commission form is difficult for me to work on, i might ask you to make fixes \ rewrite text from picture to me directly \ send references in different method. So please, try not to lose text or references, until I'll let you know everything is okay!

Commission Process

○ Before full coloring, i'll send you a sketch - to make sure, you like everything. I'm also okay with fixes, if there's not a whole lot of them!○ I won’t make an exact copy of other person’s design \ my old designs. It’s really disrespectful to other people. Sending designs as references is okay, so I can better understand your taste! But please, don’t wait for an exact copy. I’m always trying to make something new.○ I’m okay with working on any kind of fixes, but if there’s a whole bunch of them, it might make my work very difficult, so there’s also few rules.○ If you’re interested in custom commission - please, make sure to add in filling form which elements for design are most important for you. You can even draw the form of a dress or costume, so I won't make any mistakes while working. I can create a design on my own, and I'll be happy to do so, if you don’t have any specific wishes - but I won't redraw finished designs for free anymore. So if you’re afraid to get something you won’t like in the end - please, give me specific references to work with!○ Please remember, i’m doing this design for you - not for your friend, your chat or the group of people. It’s really hard to make a design, depending on hundreds of peoples opinions\fixes, and it’s mostly impossible for one person. It’s okay if you’d like to ask your friends, but remember to have your own opinion, so it will satisfy your needs. But it depends on the situation, of course! If your managers\company have specific needs, we can try to work on it.

Commission Fixes

○ If you’re happy with design, but you have small fixes for costume - first 5 fixes goes for free. Each of the new fixes will cost some price - 3-15$ depending on the difficulty of the fix.○ I’m okay with fixes on the Full-Color commissions, but these will require a bit more time. First 5 fixes go for free. Each of the new fixes will cost some price - 5-25$ depending on the difficulty of the fix.○ If you’re a perfectionist with colors, and can’t pick them for a really long time - i can send you a file, so you can recolor it as you like by yourself. But pinking colors for a few hours for me is really exhausting, so I won't do it.○ I give my commissiners, and only to them, permission to edit their custom design commissions in any way, if there's any fixes they don't want to pay for, or feel more safe to work on themself! These new versions are okay for ordering commissions and models. Just make sure to still credit me as an original costume designer. I hope for your understanding!

Deadline

○ You receive finished commission in one-two months after the payment!
I’ll let you know if I need some more time!
○ If you need a commission to be made fast (one or two weeks, for example) - it will cost + 50% of the final price. I’ll take your commission immediately without waiting.
○ Please, don’t ask me about your commission every day\few days\every week. I’m an adult person who can work on my own. I’m sending wips as soon as they are ready, and I'm making all of my commissions in time. So if your deadline is one or two months - please, be patient.

Refund

○ No refunds! Please, note me only if you really want an art from me!○ If we can’t work together and you still insist on refund - you’re gonna be placed on Black List, and won’t be allowed to my auctions, sales, raffles and commissions.○ If i don’t feel comfortable while working with you, i can decide to make a refund by myself - of course, with warning. Blacklist might be included.○ If you need a refund on serious matters - Health or Emergency, we can agree on refund \ partial refund.○ 50% of the payment wouldn’t be refunded, since i lost some time while working with you. Consider it as a penalty for cancellation.○ At the moment, i can only refund you by Rubles on Boosty, if you have a chance to take it on your card \ PayPal, but i didn’t tried it yet. You’ll need a Boosty page and donation pool for this method!

○ Please, don’t forget to pay for commercial fee as well.
○ If you’d like to use an ordered\bought design or character, please - don’t forget to mention me as an artist, That’ll help a lot!
○ Even when you bought a design, i’m still staying the one who created it. Please, don’t forget that, and don’t claim my work as yours.
○ I’m okay with your own made fixes for details or colors, if you’d like to change something in finished design.
